Une majorité de Grenache blanc, accompagné de Vermentino et de Roussane pour un vin sur le fruit avec une belle tension et des notes oxydatives. Une macération pelliculaire a été effectuée sur une partie de l'assemblage apportant au vin une matière qui permettra des accords mets/vin avec des viandes blanches, poissons grillés et cuisine asiatique.
