Needs a good half hour to open up after opening the bottle, but then it presents itself very confidently as a rather atypical adventurous sauvignon blanc. Complex nose of fruity citrus, fennel, toast, very attractive. 14,5% alcohol, which would make this a strong wine. But like Valentin's other wines this wine stays light on its feet, very refreshing. @daxivin Amsterdam
Tre joli blanc du Sud avec une belle fraîcheur. Super équilibre, excellente tenue à l’air. Déjà très bon mais bel avenir...
Toujours un bon sauvignon du Gard. Moins citronné que dans mon souvenir mais tout aussi costaud (14 degrés)
