The domain Passed down and developed over three generations, the estate now extends over nearly 12 ha in terraces on brown schist soils from Haut-Languedoc. The landscape is a circus of small mountains covered with holm oaks, arbutus, heather, cistus, rosemary and thyme... The grape varieties Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Syrah for St Chinian AOC wines. Œillade, Terret, Merlot, Muscat, Clairette, Grenache gris, for the other wines. Ribeyrenc, one of the oldest grape varieties in Languedoc, a forgotten grape variety that I multiplied, replanted on three south-east facing schist hillsides. A pearl from conservation, a way for the future given the ambient climate change.
