For 15 years, we trained in vineyards and cellars in France (Cornas, Fleuris, Forez, Auvergne and Burgundy) and for many years abroad (Australia and New Zealand).

In 2019, we decided to settle in Aspiran, where we acquired our first plots of land. Our vines range in age from 10 to 98 years and are spread across 6 hectares. We cultivate grape varieties well-suited to the South of France, such as Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Clairette, and Carignan Blanc. The vast majority of the plots have been cultivated without any synthetic products for many years. The entire vineyard is managed organically, respecting the environment to best express our beautiful terroirs (Villafranchian clay-limestone and Villafranchian clay-basaltic soils), while also employing innovative methods to address climate change. All grapes are hand-harvested in 14 kg crates. Fermentation takes place with whole or separated bunches, using indigenous yeasts and no additives except for a minimal dose of sulfur if needed for certain wines. Our goal is to have maximum enjoyment in our work, which translates into generous wines that are shared in moments of conviviality and letting go.
