The vineyard is located north of Uzès, in the village of Vallabrix (Grenache, Syrah, Sauvignon), on the ancient alluvial deposits of the Rhône, so the landscape is hilly. The soils are quite diverse (limestone, limestone-loam, clay-limestone and loam).
The vineyards on the estate are worked with draft horses; the spaces between the rows are never worked with agricultural tools, except in the year the vineyards are purchased (for leveling, sowing the first seeds, etc.). The soil is then worked with aeration to loosen the soil and provide nutrients for the vines (nitrogen, organic matter, etc.). This promotes mycorrhizae, which facilitate communication between the plants and thus prevent disease. It also helps to keep the soil cooler.
No sparkling wines at the moment.
