Fond Cyprès

In 1998, Laetitia and Rodolphe fell in love with this 18-hectare plot of land in Escales, near Lézignan.

They then embarked on winemaking. Until 2002, while they were completing their professional certification, they began work on developing the terraces, clearing the land to plant vines: initially Carignan, then Syrah and Grenache, and finally, a plot planted with Viognier, Grenache Blanc, and Roussanne. In total, six years of work were required to transform Domaine de Fond Cyprès into a wine estate where the wines resonate like poetry. "We make wines for pleasure," Rodolphe begins, introducing his wines, "and this notion is reflected in the names of our wines." We obtained organic certification (Ecocert and Nature et Progrès) in 2010. It's gratifying to see that our neighbors have also applied for certification.
