All our wines are made using natural fermentation without any additives. A graduate of Kedge Business School (formerly Toulon Business School), after a few years working as a sales engineer, the call of the land and a return to his roots proved too strong! In 2003, after several months of training and a trip to Australia, Pierre Nicolas decided to take over the family vineyard in Languedoc Roussillon, not far from Rivesaltes, to produce white, red, rosé, and Muscat wines.
