Five hectares of vines are being converted to organic farming, and an old wine cellar has been transformed into a modern, eco-friendly winery. The vines are not plowed, and treatments are plant-based and natural. The harvest is done by hand. Winemaking is natural, with minimal intervention, no oenological additives, and very few added sulfites. The vines are undergoing organic conversion with Certipaq (an alternative, non-profit organization with a single, clear mission). They are cultivated biodynamically, though not certified.
