After studying first at a counter, then at the huge Antoine Arena and Thierry Allemand, he set out to find a region to work. 2014, the domain Les Vignes d'Olivier was finally born ... Here, no chemical input to the vineyard or any oenological correction. Here, the choice was made of healthy and natural viticulture and non-interventionist vinification methods, the grapes are accompanied, leaving the terroir its full expression.
