Red fruit turned darker with eucalyptus. Noticeably dry early on, tannins fully coat the palate without being aggressive. We drank from the bottle over an hour and half from the bottle, this wine came into its own about 40 minutes after being open. We are looking forward drinking another bottle opened earlier. This is the second label we have had from L&C Pérot and we look forward to more. They are now called Ostal Levant.
