We produce organic wines made primarily from native grape varieties of our region such as Loin de l'œil, Braucol or Mauzac, with the challenge of revealing their character and flavors.
Since our arrival in 2013, we have dedicated ourselves daily to recreating a vast, diverse, and environmentally friendly natural space to revitalize the soil and foster greater biodiversity. With this in mind, we have been cultivating our vines biodynamically for the past three years and developing complementary crops suited to our terroir (olive trees, truffle oaks, fodder for our livestock-farming neighbors, medicinal plants, etc.).
In the cellar, we use few inputs (indigenous yeasts, low sulfites…) and choose short macerations in order to offer wines that carry the identity of our terroirs, fine and fruity.
No orange wines at the moment.
