In 2019, he took over 4 hectares of vineyards under a lease in Vacquiers, including a plot adjoining his own property. From the outset, he decided to manage his vineyard organically and biodynamically. Lacking a winery for vinification, he initially sold his grapes on the vine to winemakers and a brewer to produce "vière" (a type of beer). This valuable experience led him to resign from his job in 2021 to dedicate himself to winemaking.
He trained at the Edgard Pisani Agricultural Training Center (CFPPA) following the "Cellar Work Course," expanded his vineyard by one hectare, and acquired a facility for winemaking using a no-additive approach. He released his first bottle, "Réga 2022," in the spring of 2023, a blend of Gamay, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
His signature: lively, sincere and expressive wines, reflecting a bold journey.
