Les Hautes Terres

Les Hautes Terres are located in Roquetaillade, in the Upper Aude Valley in the Limoux appellation, at the foot of the Pyrenees.

The estate comprises small plots, totaling 12 hectares of vines, situated between 350 and 600 meters in altitude, encompassing all the terroirs of Roquetaillade. Two main areas are distinguished: to the east, the Mediterranean-influenced terroir is ideal for red wines, while to the south and west, the deep clay-limestone soils and higher altitude allow the white wines to express their full minerality and vibrancy.

The vines have been cultivated using organic farming methods since their creation in 2000. They are surrounded by woods, garrigue, flowering fallow land and small bat huts that promote biodiversity.

In the cellar, nature takes over, crisp whites, fine bubbles, taut reds… we are in the Upper Aude Valley!
