In 2023 we will produce our first vintage after the creation of our private cellar.
We seek to promote our terroir through the wines we produce.
In the vineyard we encourage grassing and we seek to maintain biodiversity around and in our plots.
The harvest is done manually in crates and in the cellar our vintages are fermented with indigenous yeasts, without oenological inputs.
We add sulfites to the wines when bottling to ensure the organoleptic quality of the wines in the most responsible way possible.
