Winegrower on 4h30 of vines conducted in organic farming, located on the clay-limestone hillsides of the Vère valley in the Gaillac region. My vines are surrounded by oak forests in a preserved setting with a very rich biodiversity in the commune of Verdier. My wine cellar is located in Andillac. 4 red grape varieties: Duras, Braucol (typical Gaillacois), Syrah and Merlot 3 white grape varieties: mauzac and loin de l’œil (gaillacois), sauvignon The majority of the plots are on rich clay-limestone soils. With islets where limestone is more dominant, especially on mauzac and braucol, and flints on duras. The vines are grassed every other row, a passage of actisol in autumn and spring. And the cavaillon is maintained with disc clods and interceps. I have been wandering around the winegrowing world for 10 years. After a BTSA viti oeno, I tried several French regions (and a small detour in Oregon) I discovered passionate winegrowers, grape varieties, expressions, soils, accents, atmospheres; and I put my suitcases in Gaillac in 2016, to decide to settle there in 2021!
