Delicious! Lemon drop. Lovely acidity that’s rounded out at the end with cashew. It has that thirst-quenching liveliness that’s backed up with such depth. A wine that has it all. I shared it with a white wine sauce that I cooked pumpkin gnocchi in, which was so delicious. Would love to buy this wine again.
