Micro plot of one hectare acquired in 2018. Terra Dieda, "Land of Grandfather", reference to our first little French Czech. Planted with 2/3 semillon 1/3 red muscat. The 68-year-old vines located in the commune of Vélines Dordogne, are worked without the use of synthetic chemical treatment, no chemical fertilizers or herbicides, the soil is worked little or not at all, use of green manure. The remedies on the vine boil down to copper and sulfur, minimizing the quantities thanks to decoctions, infusions, fermented extracts of plants (nettles, horsetail, meadowsweet, ferns, etc.). The harvest is done manually when maturity is optimal while trying to maintain a balance of sugars and acids. In the cellar the interventions are minimalist, no yeasting (native yeast), little SO2, 2 to 3 g/hl at the start of the harvest. The whites are put into mid-alcoholic fermentation and the reds a few days after the end of FA. Little or no fining or filtration of the wines.
