Winegrower on a limestone plateau overlooking the Dordogne valley, I like to work with old tractors and tools. The vines are handled manually. On the vineyard I only use minerals and metals, in addition to fermented extracts of different plants, made on site.
The harvest is manual on 100% of the estate.
In the cellar, the vinifications are natural. The wines are aged on lees. The wines are neither filtered nor fined.
No orange wines at the moment.
