Le NiNi was born from a singular adventure: a bet for a pleasurable wine, without fuss or pretension. She, daughter and sister of Mas de Libian, and he, a former winemaker, have given themselves the motto: “Why make it complicated when you can have fun?!” ". The NiNi comes from a blend of Merlot from the south-east of Bordeaux, on a hillside of the Garonne (1.1 ha). Cultivated without chemical inputs and fed exclusively with green manure and local manure, it is harvested by hand. In the cellar, the NiNi only accepts what is strictly necessary: grapes and that's about it! Wine for dry weather! Seriously forbidden ;-p
