Robe jaune vif. Nez frais et éclatant mêlant agrumes vivaces, pierre mouillée et une touche saline ou iodée. En bouche, vin sec mais plein de vie : on ressent une belle minéralité (caillou, schiste), une acidité bien présente, une texture légèrement crayeuse, et une finale savour-saline qui invite le second verre. Le tout donne un vin à la fois fin, élégant et vibrant — très bon compagnon autour d’un moment convivial mais aussi d’un repas soigné.
