A l’aération ce sont les notes florales, les saveurs de brioche et de fruits confits qui viennent enrichir son profil. En bouche, une belle harmonie enter la vivacité importante d’une récolte précoce tempérée par un élevage sur lies en cuve ciment ovoïde.
