In the mouth, a precise attack with an impression of volume, a citrus tone, bark bitters, fatness, almost malty. Great finish on noble bitterness, mixed with the raw acidity of lemon. A wine of volume, concentration on the palate, built like a cylinder, a "length" of fruit, but finer as it progresses, with a fleshy finish. Decant three hours before serving. Recommended temperature 8°-10°C
