Vignoble du Rêveur

Born out of a desire for independence and a desire for freedom, the Vignoble du Rêveur is a new chapter in the history of our maternal grandfather's family vineyard. No grape purchases, only the truth of grapes from our own vineyard; in short, a peasant dream! All his life, our grandfather fought for his independence, his only true freedom! Serving this vineyard is today a tribute to this struggle, to this ideal, and an extension of his Dream. Refound this dream, rebuild a future without restrictions, reinvent the wine to its definition, break the codes, spread the walls and open your eyes, to say that anything is possible! Only one thread, that of nature as universal truth, that which does not cheat! It is only natural that the entire vineyard has been re-converted to organic and biodynamic farming, ultimately so long dominant in the history of farming if we take a step back! Having gradually taken over the vineyard over time, some organic vintages will cohabit for a while with others still in conversion. The Dreamer is barely dozing, the dream is just beginning, so many things to test yet, to rediscover. A project for the years to come: regaining control of the maceration vinifications for our white grapes, the “Singulier” cuvée is a first draft! The removal of sulfur for these naturally structured wines is ideal!
