C'est génial, tout le monde était ravi de le déguster avec l'entrée de Noël, très légèrement sucré, fruité, fleuri, c'est toujours un plaisir de re-découvrir le vin alsacien en naturel :)

Linden honey, honeysuckle, apple jam with hints of lemon sorbet. Bright and juicy on the palate with high level of acidity. It's an Alsace style with signs of a great winemaker.
