Ohlala!!! That color!! Notes of strawberries, cherries, and vanilla! The strawberry notes gets more powerful once opened for a while. In the mouth strawberries. Perfect! Balanced and smooth! Some acidity which balances the wine. You can feel the macerated Pinot gris a lot and also the fruitiness of Pinot noir. So good! Just perfect!
Vin de macération. Notes de fruits rouges. Charpenté, belle acidité. Léger carafage recommandé.

Blanc de macération (non c’est pas un rosé) et moi je dis : Baies Hinnomaki: à la Couleur et la papille, poivré, surprenante amertume agrume finale . Skall! C’est bon bon 🛎 🍭 🍊🍹
