Les innocents

Farmer, I replanted in the Meuse, in Ailly-sur-Meuse, on old terraces that have never known synthetic chemistry. The vines are cultivated according to the principles of Massanobu Fukuoka and the indications and preparations of Steiner are applied. The soils are calcareous sands, they are fossilized corals. There is no iron trellis so as not to recall the war. Each foot has a wooden stanchion and the size is the old Lorraine size described by Jules Guyot. The vines are permanently grassed spontaneously in which are sown clovers. The vinification is carried out in stainless steel vats, without pumping, neither yeasting, nor fining, nor filtration, no sulfur is added and the bottling is manual and without pump.
