Our domain, L’AU-DELÀ was born in 2021 from our meeting, Arthur Bohn and myself Josselin Lutz.

We are two enthusiasts who share the same vision of vines and wine, and who created this estate from scratch, with the freedom to start from a blank sheet.

Based in Reichsfeld, we vinify grapes that we produce as harvesters on approximately 1.5 hectares in the communes of Reichsfeld (AOC Alsace) and Saint Pierre Bois (VSIG).

Our vines are in organic conversion, worked partly on horseback, and harvested by hand.

We also vinify grapes from winegrowers with whom we have established a partnership, and whose production is completely aligned and integrated with that of the estate.

Our approach aims to produce wines that go beyond standards, drawing inspiration from ancestral cultivation and winemaking methods with a minimum of intervention: native yeasts, short macerations, vertical pressing, aging in amphorae, long aging on lees.

Our wines are as we like to drink them: dry, mineral, very drinkable.
