Based in Reichsfeld, we vinify grapes that we produce as growers on approximately 1.5 hectares in the communes of Reichsfeld (AOC Alsace) and Saint Pierre Bois (VSIG).
Our vines are in organic conversion, partly worked with horses, and harvested by hand.
We also vinify grapes from winegrowers with whom we have forged a partnership, and whose production is fully aligned and integrated with that of the estate.
Our approach aims to produce wines beyond the standards, drawing inspiration from ancestral cultivation and winemaking methods with minimal intervention: indigenous yeasts, short macerations, vertical pressing, aging in amphorae, long aging on lees.
Our wines are just as we like to drink them: dry, mineral, and very drinkable.
No orange wines at the moment.
