Clos du Val d’Eleon (Julie Salmon Label) - Marc Kreydenweiss (Andlau) - Antoine Kreydenweiss

Freshly opened, the bouquet is initially rather restrained with light, yellow fruity notes of ripe Golden Delicious, hints of peach blossoms, but also slate-smoky notes. On the palate, the wine is juicy, at the same time straight, with a firm, but silky tannin structure and a slightly earty, spicy spice. The acidity is mild and ripe, especially since the wine is not completely bone-dry. In the long finish, it unfolds its ripe fruit once again unobtrusively, before it ends with vibrating, mouth-watering minerality. The combination of Riesling and Pinot Gris appears here as the most obvious thing in the world. A great meal companion – with dishes with light meat, mussels or fish with sour sauces.

Getting a lot of wood aroma, tastes like green apple and semi sour grapes. Easy drinkable wine.
