About
Mon premier menu pineau/arbois/orbois. Robe jaune paille. Acidité assez vive sur les notes finales, un côté un peu pomme verte mais qui s'adoucit après ouverture. Après ouverture, j'ai l'impression que ça pourrait tendre vers la pêche ou l'ananas mûre. Un nez difficile à cerner, une pointe de fleurs blanches (chèvrefeuille ?), minéralité, presque une touche de sel. On a l'impression d'avoir une bulle qui éclate sur le bout de la langue.
