The estate is certified organic by Ecocert. We use biodynamic methods in the vineyard.
All tasks from the vineyard to the cellar are carried out by us, the vinified grapes come exclusively from our production.
In the cellar, we do not use any inputs.
We carry out plot-by-plot vinification.
Cabernet Francs are vinified exclusively in whole bunches in order to obtain reds with fruit and digestibility.
For both whites and Cabernet Francs, we carry out slow pressing in a vertical press.
