Smokey cranberry and watermelon rind that is mysteriously funky on the nose. Extreme black pepper notes but in a very gentle way. Light but full of flavor. Gorgeous garnet red....A gently strong beauty.
Un rĂ©gal ! Quâest ce que câest frais, doux, fruitĂ©, lĂ©ger, souple... Du pur jus comme on lâaime. Un vin pour dĂ©marrer que lâon pourrait presque boire au petit dej... Et puis cette petite aciditĂ© qui fait sourire aprĂšs la gorgĂ©e... Le but nâest pas dâaller loin avec celui ci, mais dây aller souvent !
Belle bouteille. LâaciditĂ© de ce mono cĂ©page peut devenir Ă©coeurante. Certainement Ă attendre un peu. Pas pour moi.
