Established in 2011 with 75 ares of vines in Arbois (Les Tourillons), we currently have an average area of 5 Ha with Ploussard, Chardonnay, Savagnin and Trousseau on the different terroirs of Pupillin, Arbois and Montigny les Arsures. We practice Biodynamics (without certification) by ideology and by "conviction". It is a "unique" science unique to whoever practices it. Everything fits into the intuition of the moment. It is a part of infinity that is revealed to the attentive winegrower! To continue this journey, and to respect the work of a year, we vinify in a natural way without any input, from the harvest to the bottling. We have Faith in our yeast population, and want a Living Wine! The aim is to find a balance between the terroir, the grape variety and the year. These three elements condition a wine, the art of the winegrower is to compose between these different elements with the Plus and Minus that a vintage can provide.
