Passionate about vines and wine, I decided to settle in my native region, Puisaye Forterre, located on the edge of Burgundy, halfway between Sancerre and Chablis. There are very few vineyards left in the region, apart from a few acres.

I took over a fallow plot in 2018, then another hectare in 2019. The project was to revive a lost vineyard and replant the hillsides once cultivated with vines! The vines are cultivated according to organic farming principles. Extensive work is currently underway on the plots to increase biodiversity through the planting of hedgerows and the future planting of fruit trees.

The first planting took place in early April 2020 with 0.75 hectares of Chardonnay. At the end of 2019, the project expanded with the acquisition of the Ferme de l'Orme du Pont, located in Sainte-Colombe-sur-Loing, not far from the vineyards. These 19th-century buildings now comprise 75 hectares.

A comprehensive project is taking shape: a mixed-crop farm (field crops and vineyards) with livestock farming to be added in the future. The aim is to create a diversity of crops and activities to establish an agronomic, economic, and social balance within the farm.
