Domaine Ami

We worked together in the same field for 2 years. When one of us left to learn how to make Mediterranean wines, while the other stayed in Burgundy, we wanted to continue working together.

Our estate was born from the desire to keep our friendship alive. Willy, the winemaker , that's him. After honing his skills at Domaine De Montille, he took charge of the wines at Clos du Moulin aux Moines in Auxey-Duresses. Drawing on these experiences, he possesses a deep understanding of the Côte de Beaune terroirs. AMI is his opportunity to unleash his creativity. Paul is the quintessential gentleman farmer . Having trained in the art of wine tasting in London and Paris, he bridges the gap between city and country. His passion for characterful wines has led him to work with talented winemakers such as Oronce de Beler and Dominique Hauvette.

Our wines come from organically farmed vines, cultivated by winemakers who are also friends of ours. Our wines are made naturally, without any additives.

We receive people at the Domaine by appointment from Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm (except Friday 4pm).
Tour and tasting price: €15/person (not charged if 2 BTs are purchased per person)
