A sophisticated expression of Gamay that rivals fine Burgundy. The nose reveals intense aromas of dark cherries, raspberries, and withered roses, with a stony mineral undertone. On the palate, it is structured yet incredibly precise, showcasing the granite soils of the cru. Whole-cluster fermentation adds a spicy complexity and a silky, fresh finish. Pure, vibrant, and elegant.

Vraiment pas mal!!! Bien équilibré et rond en bouche. Parfait sur des spaghettis aux légumes/fêta !!!
