Mineral and sharp with a bit of sweetness in the end. Perfect for aperitivo
Love it, as simple as that, only issue is price :( it's cost prohibitive as a daily drinker, perhaps twice a month! Fantastic bubbles, nose and pallette.
Yeasty and energetic, yellow citrus, apricot. Pours like highly carbonated beer but drinks with light effervescence
