A grape variety adapted to the latitudes, soil and climate of this plot originally called "Les Longues Vignes" in the land registry.
Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Grolleau grow on the upper part of this south-facing slope; Frühburgunder, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc, Portugais Bleu, and Chardonnay are found below. A fruit orchard borders our vineyard, covering 1 hectare.
Viticulture is primarily done by hand, in accordance with a vision that respects ecosystems and the environment in which we practice it.
Sparkling red and white wines are aged in our cellar located a few kilometers away. We also receive organic grapes from neighboring producers, which we process for our négociant business using the same methods.
Certified organic production.
The estate is not open to the public as we do not have the capacity for that. Working as a small team, we focus on the work in the vineyard and the winery.
Visits are reserved, by appointment only, for professionals and our individual customers coming to collect their orders.
Thank you for your understanding.
