Our micro-cider house is located in Arradon on the shores of the Gulf of Morbihan.
Our passion for natural wine and our love for this little piece of Brittany could only lead us to create winemaker ciders.
The common thread of our work is and will remain respect for living things and working in harmony with the nature and the fruit.
Our six hectares of high-stem orchards are certified organic, but we go much further in our "zero input" approach. Close to zero oil, our orchards are maintained by our sheep for mowing and fertilizing the soil.
All our apples are hand-picked when ripe. Approximately 80% come from our own orchards and 20% from small, local orchards that we have been cultivating for several years and which enrich our sensory palette.
Our vintages are organic, made with indigenous yeasts, without added sulfur and with natural fermentation.
Fermentations are slow and at controlled temperatures (around 10°) to develop sincere aromas. We accompany our juices so that they accurately reflect our philosophy: clean, sincere, and respectful of the fruit and the consumer.
