Vin naturel jaune orangé. Liquoreux et sec à la fois. Excellent assemblage chardonnay et Gewurtztraminer, très original. On est sur le pruneau et la fleur blanche à la fois. C’est ne curiosité très réussie.

Slight volatile acidity that works so well, bringing a cinnamon, aromatic lifted, almost peppery spice to the stone fruit body. 6 weeks in skin contact. The guy is half time teacher & half time vigneron! Richer, fuller & delicious.
