Located in SEYSSUEL in Isère on the left bank of the Rhône, the EYMIN-TICHOUX estate was created in 2015 by Sophie Eymin and Kévin Tichoux, young viticulture and gastronomy enthusiasts. The first Syrah vines were planted on the steep slopes of the family lands in Seyssuel, all the vines are cultivated in Organic Agriculture with the ECOCERT labeling. The tillage is carried out by animal traction, winch or even with a pickaxe. We find in the wines the specific expression of each terroir, Schist and Granite give the wines both power and finesse. Sophie and Kévin work with the master grape varieties of this region which are SYRAH for the reds, VIOGNIER and ROUSSANNE for the whites.
