1400 bottles 100 magnums Hand harvest : September 16th, 2023 Average vine age : 50 years Density : 4500/ha Carbonic maceration, spontaneous fermentation. 9 months in oak barrels (old ones) No sulfites added Volatile : 0.62g/L H2SO2 Very expressive nose : raspberry, griottes, a pinch of kirsch, a pinch of coffee. Palate : straight and sharp. Long length Beautiful wine.
