Mathieu Chevrier and Louise Mazoyer both have training as agricultural engineers. After working in various vineyards abroad and in France, we decided in 2022 to return to Louise's native region, Auvergne, in order to realize our project of setting up in viticulture, more precisely in the Haut-Allier valley.
Today, we produce merchant wines and, at the same time, are rehabilitating old wine terraces in order to plant our own vines from 2025.
Merchant wines are light wines, easy to enjoy with friends or family, such as "thirst-quenching wines" made from grapes from the Auvergne region but also from Languedoc, produced using organic farming methods or in conversion.
For the future wines of the estate, we also plan to manage the vines, a patchwork of several grape varieties, according to the principles of Organic Agriculture, and to produce more elaborate terroir wines.
In the winery, we are committed to vinifying with as few inputs as possible, that is to say by using indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes, prohibiting any other synthetic oenological product.
