Mathieu Chevrier and Louise Mazoyer both have a background in agricultural engineering. After working in various vineyards abroad and in France, we decided in 2022 to return to Louise's native region, Auvergne, in order to realize our project of setting up a winegrowing business, more specifically in the Haut-Allier valley.
Today, we produce négociant wines and, in parallel, are rehabilitating old vineyard terraces in order to plant our own vines from 2025.
Trade wines are light wines, easy to enjoy with friends or family, "thirst-quenching" type wines made from grapes from the Auvergne region but also from Languedoc, grown in Organic Agriculture or in conversion.
For the future wines of the estate, we also plan to manage the vines, a patchwork of several grape varieties, according to the principles of Organic Agriculture, and produce more crafted terroir wines.
In the winery, we are committed to making wine with as few inputs as possible, that is to say by using indigenous yeasts naturally present on the grapes, and by prohibiting any other synthetic oenological product.
