Estate passed down from father to son since 1850. My father passed on to me his love for the vines and a job well done. I am 49 years old and have been operating since 1994. My estate is located in the country of Pierres Dorées and is made up of different soils (clay-limestone, silty, granite, alluvium, pink sands) allowing the production of cuvées with specific characteristics for each plot. My domain is established on about twenty hectares in bio, consisting of several grape varieties: gamay, viognier and chardonnay. I provide special and demanding work to obtain grapes of the best possible quality while respecting the best of the vine, the soil and the auxiliary fauna. The preparations based on copper and sulfur are applied using a tractor. The doses are applied depending on the weather. The grapes are delicately deposited in stainless steel vats or tuns. No input is used from vinification to bottling. The wines are aged in tuns or barrels for several months (from 8 to 36 months) in order to produce fine, silky wines with great aromatic amplitude.
