Domain CG Paris - Christine & Gilles Paris

The Gilles Paris estate is located in the town of Chiroubles. We have 8 hectares of vines with which we produce red wines, 100% Gamay, in the Chiroubles, Fleurie and Morgon appellations. The estate is conducted in organic farming and will be certified in 2023. The vines are worked manually or mechanically when the soil allows it. There is no use of chemicals. In the vat, we practice carbonic maceration, the grapes are cooled before being put in vats, without adding sulphites or yeasts. We are committed to producing wines that fully express the terroir from which they come.
