Originally from the region, these two former sommeliers left the wine bar they ran in Clermont Ferrand to get started. from subject; after having recovered a wing of the family building to create a cellar. Hens, donkeys, sheep, plantations, biodynamics; their project is very complete and die-hard; true enthusiasts who, at less than 30 years old, took the gamble of creating their own mixed farming operation.
