Wine obtained from a variable mix of Caccianemici's white grapes. Made with spontaneous fermentation of fractions of whole grapes and free-run must followed by aging in stainless steel. On the palate, it’s full and smooth, beautifully balanced between bright acidity and saline minerality. Finishes with lingering freshness and a savory edge. The wine is unfiltered, and unchemically treated. Alc. 13,5% Vol.
