Wine made from Grechetto Gentile grapes with free-run must followed by spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel. Spontaneous refermentation in the bottle with the addition of its own must. The wine is bright on the palate with lively bubbles, zesty acidity and a saline lift. A refreshing wine with pear-notes but with a savory finish. Unclarified, unfiltered, and unchemically treated. Alc. 12% Vol.
