Wine obtained from a variable mix of Caccianemici's red grapes. Made with spontaneous fermentation of whole grapes, crushed grapes, and free-run must, followed by aging in stainless steel. The wine is unclarified, unfiltered, and free from chemical treatments. The wine offers a fresh and juicy palate, with notes of dark berries, subtle herbs, and a touch of earth. Light tannins and a clean, lively finish Alc. 13% Vol.
